Two cool brothers - Champroy Fermier & Truffe de Champroy Fermier

I'll be very blunt for these guys: if you like truffles... Run! Run to your nearest cheese store carrying a good selection of cheeses and on your knees beg for a piece of Truffe de Champroy Fermier. Every body will be happy – The cheese store owner as he/she would have sold one of her/his highest end cheese and you as you'll be on your way to taste one of the most tasty and refined cheese on the planet. It happened to me last week and I'm still recovering from this taste bud shaker. What a ride in the refinement... I know, I know, I'm a bit over the top this week, but sometimes cheese makes you do and write certain things.

If you don't like truffles, just walk at a normal pace to the cheese store (as happy as you usually do, hey you're buying cheese!) and ask for the Champroy fermier. Amazing cheese too.

These two cheese brothers bring on the table delicious flavours from the Limoges region.
