Etorki - Le fromage Basque

The Basque country is located on both side of the Spanish/French border on the Western part of the Pyrenean mountains. A whole specific culture and origin, the Basques keep with lots of pride their traditions and amongst others their knowledge to make great cheeses. The Etorki is one of them, made from local sheep’s milk in Mauléon, in the French Basque country. 

Type of milk: Sheep
