Diet for SAXX Underwear photoshoot.
When I booked the SAXX gig, my agent was very clear that the company was going for normal people, potential customers, not young gods looking/eight packs type of guys… Good I though I could do that, but still wanted to be prepared for the shoot, hence a good diet before the shoot.
Here is the 4 days diet before shoot day.
You have to be prepared and diligent but also live your life. On Sunday, you’ll notice a Triple chocolate layer mousse… if you have a Birthday celebration, just go for it!
Also keep in mind that when you’re booked for a job, people decided because of your actual look corresponds to their campaign. This diet won’t change your look, it’ll allow to feel prepared and ready.
Same idea when you’re about to participate in any race, you trained for a long time, the week before is more a mental and relaxing week to be ready for the day.
Saturday -
Stop eating bread
Sunday -
Breakfast: 75ml Kombucha - 2 eggs and 1 avocado
Sourcraust - potatoes - 1 winner - 1 sausage - 1 pork chop - Triple chocolate layer mousse
Monday -
Breakfast: 75ml Kombucha - one avocado -
Lunch: 2 scrambled eggs - 2 chicken wings - 5 radish - Cacao Barry chocolate chips (40g)
Mid afternoon: Protein shake: 1/3 Honey dew melon - 1 mango - 1 spoon Classic Vanilla Whey Powder Reyal Performance.
Dinner: 1 Chicken thighs
Drink: 1 glass of water
Tuesday -
Breakfast: 25ml Kombucha - Humus (3 table spoons)
Lunch: 1 Chicken thighs
Mid afternoon: 1 Bench Bakehouse butter cooky - 1 glass of water
Dinner: 1 avocado - Chicken breast - 40g almonds - 1/2 l of water
Wednesday - Photoshoot day calling time 9:0am
Breakfast: 2 eggs - 1 glass of kombucha
SAXX here we come!
