More than twenty five years ago, I left France for Vancouver, BC. Since then, I’ve lived as a Frenchman outside of France — carrying with me the essence of French culture, while embracing the discoveries and challenges of a new land. Athlete, sailor, and eternal mover, I believe that vitality has no age limit. Through endurance sports, mountain adventures, and my sailboat Odin, I explore the world and share one message: Keep moving, always.

In our era of specialization The Frenchman Mag features a Renaissance approach to life combining the exploration of new grounds and integrating our five senses to embrace to the fullest our professional and personal endeavours.
Our readers are refined, curious, feminists, daring and can take the same pleasure in pushing their limits competing in an Ironman, savouring an aged Rhum Agricole in the Caribbean or dining on a raclette cheese en route to the Haute Route ski Traverse between Chamonix, France and Zermatt, Switzerland.
They are the former babies of the sixties and seventies. They grew up with parents who had witnessed the civil rights movement, the rise of feminism and of equal rights for LGBTQ+ people. The direct consequences are an openness to new ways to live, to embrace new cultures, to value both feminine and masculine sides.
